    We are currently seeking a well-spoken Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The Tele Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone. As a key member of our sales team, your duties will include contacting potential customers, effectively communicating our product or service offerings, and utilizing a prescribed script to guide conversations towards successful sales closures.

  • Job Responsibility

    • Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services.
    • Utilize a prescribed script to guide conversations and effectively communicate product benefits.
    • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address those needs.
    • Close sales and achieve sales targets.
    • Document customer information, purchases, and reactions accurately.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve processes.

  • Educational Requirement

    Business related college degree is required for this position. Additional education or certification in sales or marketing is considered a plus but not mandatory.

  • Experience Requirement

    1-2 Years

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proven track record in sales or telemarketing.
    • Ability to effectively read from a script while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
    • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
